使用者可以在裝置列表查看被授權連線的裝置，進行連線。 主頁面會顯示裝置當前狀態列，可以知道連線數是否已滿。
管理員能在裝置列表頁面看到更多裝置資訊， 針對任一裝置點擊選單，進一步查看資訊、編輯或刪除裝置。
管理員點選裝置查看，可以瀏覽該裝置詳細資訊，並在此頁面授權裝置給使用者。
管理員可在個別裝置資訊頁幫使用者新增連線授權，或移除已被授權的使用者權限。 亦可查看該裝置被連線的時間與紀錄。紀錄包含操作情況之螢幕錄影、鍵盤側錄及下載錄影檔功能。
管理員可以透過裝置列表頁面的「新增裝置」功能新增裝置。 針對不同類型的裝置 ( RDP / VNC )，會有不同資訊需要設定。
管理員可以在使用者列表頁面檢視當前系統上所有使用者， 可以針對個別使用者來查看、編輯使用者資訊，或刪除使用者。
管理員在瀏覽使用者資訊時，可以協助使用者重新設置「二階段登入」， 也可以查看使用者在網站上操作的時間點或 IP 位址。
管理員可以在憑證列表頁一覽目前已存在於 SOSI 內的憑證， 並且針對憑證進行個別資訊查看、資訊編輯或刪除。
在個別的憑證資訊頁面，管理員可以瀏覽被授權憑證的裝置， 也可以進行授權移除或是新增授權給裝置。
管理員可以啟用 / 關閉頁面浮水印，可控制使用者連線裝置時，畫面是否會出現浮水印。 可以設定浮水印的字型 / 文字大小與顏色，以及浮水印本身長寬與重複間距，還有透明度。 讓使用者連線時，帶有浮水印的畫面可以確保完整呈現使用者連線資訊以及裝置源頭。
如浮水印功能開啟，則使用者連線時所看到的畫面將如此圖所示。 畫面會帶有使用當下的日期、時間、操作者帳號、IP 位址，以供後續資安需要時查詢。
SOSI 提供 LDAP / AD，團隊使用 SOSI 將不需要再註冊一組新帳號密碼， 管理員可於領域列表頁瀏覽目前在 SOSI 內所有使用中的內部帳號密碼系統， 並可以新增 / 編輯 / 查看 與刪除。 如改變領域先後順序，會影響登入時使用者選擇登入帳號密碼系統的先後順序。
管理員可以查看個別領域資訊，也可以編輯領域資訊以更新資料或移除領域。
